Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at infonyvolta@gmail.com. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work quickly to make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Final sale or clearance items

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item and place a new order once the return has been approved.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks and credit card providers may take additional time to process and post the refund.
