Order Processing

All orders are processed within 3–4 business days after payment has been successfully received.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Shipping Costs

We currently offer Free Tracked Shipping on all orders.

Any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or local fees imposed by your country may be the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery Delays

While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, Nyvolta cannot guarantee exact delivery dates and is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect shipping address is provided and the order has already been processed or shipped, we may be unable to modify or redirect the shipment.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
